We replaced the peeling paint on an 800 square foot, three-car garage floor in Bradbury with a polyaspartic flake system in 10 hours: a light gray base coat, a broadcast of Gravel flakes and a gloss polyaspartic seal coat.

The concrete in this Bradbury garage had been coated with a blue-gray floor paint that was lifting off in patches across all three bays, so it all had to come off before a new floor could go down.
We diamond ground the slab to take off the old paint and open up the concrete underneath, then laid a light gray polyaspartic base coat, broadcast Gravel flakes into it and finished with a gloss polyaspartic seal coat. Because polyaspartic cures quickly, the full 800 square feet was done in 10 hours.

The light gray base and the Gravel flake blend, a mix of gray, black and white chips, give the floor an even, speckled stone finish that suits the bright, cream-walled bays, and the chips help disguise dust and tire marks.
The gloss polyaspartic top coat is easy to mop, holds up to parked cars and daily traffic, and the flake texture keeps the surface from feeling slick underfoot.
Peeling floor paint needs to come off before a lasting coating can go down. Let us know how big your garage is and what is on the floor now, and we will explain what the slab needs and suggest a flake blend.
