We coated two utility rooms in Bel Air, one of 300 square feet and a smaller one of 100 square feet, laying a polyaspartic base, Wombat flakes and a polyaspartic seal coat across all 400 square feet in 7 hours.

Both rooms were bare concrete, so each slab was diamond ground before any coating went down. Grinding takes off the smooth top layer and leaves a profile the base coat can key into.
The larger room holds pumps, tanks and pipework on steel frames, and the coating runs right around their feet and along the pipe runs and wall edges. After the polyaspartic base we broadcast Wombat flakes into it, then sealed them with a clear polyaspartic top coat. Both rooms were finished inside 7 hours.

Wombat is a dark gray blend with black and white chips, and you can see it on our epoxy color chart as FB-616. In a room full of machinery it suits the job well, because the busy pattern disguises scuffs, drips and the marks left when equipment is serviced.
The polyaspartic seal coat gives a sealed, wipe-clean surface, so a spill during maintenance can be mopped straight up rather than staining raw concrete.
Small rooms with fixed equipment take careful edge work, so tell us the size of the room and what equipment sits on the floor. If you have more than one space to coat, mention them all and we can look at doing them in the same visit.
