We recoated a 500 square foot warehouse storage room in Los Angeles in 8 hours, diamond grinding off the old peeling coating and laying down two coats of black polyaspartic.

The old black coating in this storage room had worn through and was flaking away in patches, leaving bare concrete showing across much of the floor. A new coat over the top would have lifted with it, so the failing coating had to come off first.
We diamond ground the floor to remove the old coating and open up the concrete, then applied two coats of black polyaspartic. Polyaspartic cures quickly, so the whole 500 square foot room was done in 8 hours and the space could go back to work without days of downtime.

Two full coats give the room one even black color from wall to wall, with no patches of bare concrete left. The glossy finish reflects the overhead lights, which makes the room brighter, and it is easy to sweep and mop.
Polyaspartic stands up well to foot traffic, carts and stored stock, which suits a working storage room that needs to stay in use.
A floor coating that is flaking off has to be removed before a new one will hold. Give us the room size along with a picture of the existing coating, and we can tell you how the slab should be prepared and how long the job will keep the room out of use.
