In La Cañada, CA, we transformed a two-car garage with a polyaspartic flake chip floor, repairing damaged concrete and providing a durable, glossy finish.

The garage floor in this La Cañada home was bare concrete, showing noticeable damage at the front. These imperfections made the space look unfinished and were a concern for the homeowner seeking a more polished and durable surface.
To revitalize the space, we began by repairing the damaged concrete at the front of the garage. We then applied a polyaspartic base coat, followed by a broadcast of Outback flakes for texture and visual appeal. Finally, a gloss polyaspartic seal coat was applied, completing the transformation in just 7 hours.

The combination of the Outback flakes and glossy seal results in an aesthetically pleasing surface that enhances the overall appearance of the garage. Homeowners can now utilize the space with confidence, knowing it will withstand daily use.
